We have over 1,200 frames and are continually updating with the latest frame styles. If contact lenses are more your style, we can assist you in choosing the right kind for your eyes. There is always a licensed optician to answer any questions you might have for your eyeglasses or contact lenses, and we welcome outside prescriptions. From simple eye exams to disease screening, we offer what you need to care for one of your body’s most precious assets. We accept most insurance coverage and can submit for whatever program you currently have, including Eyemed and VSP. I have been in the optical business since I was 12 years old. My family started one of the first plastic optical labs (Resin Optics) in 1976. I worked at Resin until 1997 when I received my Optician license and joined Clabeaux Optical. I intentionally sought out working at Clabeaux Optical due to their reputation as a high quality business. I learned this side of the business from one of the best, Dick Jauch, and purchased Clabeaux Optical from Dick in 2011. I strive to maintain the same quality and service today that Dick provided starting 50 years ago.
